A Prayer for Ann Maree

As my wonderful wife, Ann Maree, is taking her final breaths, here’s a prayer on her behalf:

“Hear my cry, O God; listen to my prayer.
From the ends of the earth I call to you,
I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
For you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe.
I long to dwell in your tent forever and take refuge in the shelter of your wings.
For you have heard my vows, O God;
you have given me the heritage of those who fear your name.”

(Psalm 61:1-5, NIV)

    Thank you for the prayer that we can pray along with you…We lift you to that “ROCK” that is so much higher than we can even imagine…..How awesome that His promises are available to us who know without a shadow of a doubt that they are true.. What “Blessed Assurance” from the pain of this world to His Arms…. our HOME! Bless You!

    I think I am hearing the sweet notes of an angel choir. Jesus is so near——-just as He promised. And He is counting our tears—–your tears. And holding each of you very close.

    Sadness and promised victory and the joy of being in heaven. Jane mentioned an angel choir and I like that picture. Maybe they are saying, with great joy, here she comes! I can almost see her. Love, Connie

    Leaning, Leaning, Leaning on the Everlasting Arms, Safe and Secure from all alarms. Leaning on Jesus, Leaning on Jesus….perhaps now she is IN those arms…

    Our hearts are aching for you both here, not wanting to let Ann Maree go, but Jesus and the host of heaven is saying with great joy “Here she comes” with open arms. Our prayers continue with you. Love Joel and Linda Champion
